Experience
​
Prior to starting his insurance company, Gary owned and operated assisted living homes for the elderly in North Phoenix. He managed the 24-hour care of residents, oversaw a staff of licensed caregivers and worked closely with professionals across the health-care team, including hospice and home health organizations, physicians, nurses and therapists as well as the families of the residents we cared for and loved. He worked with families during highly emotional times and helped them navigate the many difficult choices they faced. Gary's ability to build strong relationships enabled families to trust him with the care and lives of their loved ones. The experience of managing the difficult decisions that face the aging population has enabled him to more personally and effectively serve his insurance clients.

Gary established Gorsline Insurance Group (formerly Great West Insurance Group) in 2008. He is the father of four, a resource to the senior ministry of his church, and a discipleship leader for youth at Gilbert Christian School.
